Project Feature: Kwanlin Dün First Nation Citizen Homes

In 2022, Solvest partnered with the Kwanlin Dün First Nation to install solar systems on 40 citizen homes. This initiative expanded in 2023, with an additional 20 homes equipped, bringing the total to 60 systems and 430 kW of solar capacity.

Throughout the project, Solvest and KDFN not only worked collaboratively to meet the community’s economic and sustainability goals but also focused on skill development by training and employing KDFN citizens in technical solar installation and safety procedures.
